How it Works

At Key 2 Care Health Solutions, all our Internationally Qualified Nurses (IQNs) undergo a comprehensive professional development training program. This program covers the Australian Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, clinical practices, and leadership skills. The training is specifically designed to enhance the IQNs’ knowledge and facilitate their seamless integration into Australian aged care or hospital settings.

Our IQNs are available to work full-time across Australia, including remote, regional, rural, and metropolitan areas. Each of our IQNs has strong communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction.

Offering both security and flexibility to your workforce, our IQNs are also ready to take on more demanding shifts, including nights and weekends. Key 2 Care Health Solutions provides ongoing support to both our IQNs and employers, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience for all involved.
