Alleyne Forjanic

Alleyne Forjanic is the Chief Executive Officer of Key 2 Learning College, bringing over 25 years of experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. Her career spans roles as a Trainer and Assessor, RTO Operations and Compliance Manager, and Consultant. With a solid background in aged care, community services, business management, and infection control, Alleyne is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, outcome-focused education. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Practice and has extensive experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations. Under her leadership, Key 2 Learning College has expanded its offerings, including the introduction of nursing studies and the accreditation of the Diploma of Community Services. Alleyne’s commitment to excellence is further reflected in the college’s recognition as the 2022 and 2024 ACT Small Training Provider of the Year. In addition, Alleyne was honoured with the Norm Fisher Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution to the education sector.

Michael Bermejo

Michael Bermejo is the Director of both Key 2 Care Health Solutions and Key 2 Learning College, organisations dedicated to enhancing Australia’s healthcare sector through innovative workforce solutions and vocational education. With extensive experience in aged care, health, mental health, disability, and education, Michael has led initiatives that bridge international talent with Australian employers, notably through the Global Citizen Exchange Program – Overseas Nurses Carers Program. Under his leadership, Key 2 Learning College has expanded its offerings, including the introduction of nursing studies and the accreditation of the Diploma of Community Services. Michael’s commitment to excellence is further reflected in the college’s recognition as the 2022 and 2024 ACT Small Training Provider of the Year. His strategic vision continues to shape the future of healthcare workforce development in Australia.

Melissa Lemcke

Melissa Lemcke serves as the International Programs Manager at Key 2 Care Health Solutions and Key 2 Learning College, where she plays a pivotal role in connecting international healthcare talent with Australian employers. With extensive experience in human resources and international recruitment, Melissa oversees a range of international programs, including the notable Global Citizen Exchange Program (GCEP), while also managing other key international workforce initiatives. She is responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and coordinating visas to managing onboarding and cultural orientation. Melissa’s commitment to excellence ensures that both candidates and employers receive comprehensive support, fostering successful and sustainable workforce solutions in the healthcare sector.
